The offer and sale of products on the "lesacoutlet.it" website are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale (the "Conditions"). 

The products purchased on lesacoutlet.it are sold directly by Le SAC s.r.l..

1. Customer support 

1.1. The Customer may request any information and contact Le SAC through customer assistance at the e-mail address clienti@le-sac.it and at the telephone number [●]. 

2. Our trade policy 

2.1. LE SAC offers its products for sale on lesacoutlet.it and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end customers who are "consumers" and for personal use only. 

2.2. By "consumer" we mean any natural person who acts on lesacoutlet.it for purposes not related to his commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If the Customer is not a "consumer", he is invited to refrain from concluding commercial transactions through lesacoutlet.it 

2.3. In consideration of its commercial policy, LE SAC reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" or for use other than personal use or in any case to orders that do not comply with its commercial policy. LE SAC also reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in the event that the same is sent via software, robots, crawlers, spiders or any other automated system or via behavior based on scripts and any use of third-party services, in order to send an order in your name. The Conditions exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on lesacoutlet.it between the Customer of lesacoutlet.it and LE SAC. 

2.4. However, the Conditions do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than LE SAC who are present on lesacoutlet.it through any links, banners, or other hypertext links. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from subjects other than LE SAC, the Customer is advised to check their conditions of sale, because LE SAC is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than for the conclusion of transactions of electronic commerce between users of lesacoutlet.it and third parties. 

2.5. The offers made available on lesacoutlet.it can be used by people aged 18 or over. 

3. How to conclude the contract with Le SAC 

3.1. If the Customer wishes to buy one or more products, he can select them one at a time, adding them to the cart. Once all the articles of interest have been selected, the Customer can close the cart and forward the order. At this point, a summary page of the selected products, their price, and the delivery options (with relative costs) will appear. You will be asked to choose your preferred delivery, transport, and payment method. The order (the "Order") will be considered as a contractual purchase proposal addressed to LE SAC for the products listed, each considered individually. Upon receipt of the Order, LE SAC will automatically send a message acknowledging the order itself (the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the purchase offer. In fact, by sending the Order Confirmation, LE SAC only confirms that it has received the order and that it has undergone a data verification process and the availability of the requested products. The sales contract between the Customer and LE SAC will only be concluded when LE SAC sends a separate e-mail which will also contain information relating to the shipment of the product (the "Shipping Confirmation"). 

3.2. The Order contains a reference to these Conditions and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes and/or duties), of the means of payment that the Customer can use to purchase each product and the methods of delivery of the products purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the products purchased. 

3.3. The Order will be filed in the LE SAC database for the period of time necessary for processing and in any case in accordance with the law. The Customer can check the Order by consulting the "order history" section. 

3.4. The language available for formulating the Order is Italian. 

3.5. LE SAC may not process the Order if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency or if the same is incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, LE SAC will inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that LE SAC has not followed up on the Order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on lesacoutlet.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or when the Order form is sent, LE SAC will be responsible for informing the Customer promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the Order is sent to LE SAC, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding of the Order and payment of the price, LE SAC will refund the amount already paid within 14 days of the date of sending the communication communicating the unavailability. 

3.6. With the electronic transmission of the Order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with LE SAC, these Conditions. If the Customer does not agree with some of the terms set out in these Conditions, he is invited not to submit the Order for the purchase of products on lesacoutlet.it. 

3.7. LE SAC is not responsible for research and retrieval of unavailable products from other sources and is only obliged to deliver what is available in the warehouse and what is ordered to its suppliers. 

4. Warranty for defects and non-conformities of the products and additional information 

4.1. On lesacoutlet.it, only products of well-known and quality brands are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by LE SAC from carefully selected manufacturers and authorized dealers. 

4.2. LE SAC does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market. 

4.3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on lesacoutlet.it within each product sheet. 

4.4. Purchases made on lesacoutlet.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 (consumer code) for the guarantee for defects and non-conformities of the products. 

4.5. LE SAC guarantees the conformity of the products sold in accordance with article 129 of the consumer code. 

4.6. In the event of a lack of conformity of the purchased product, the Customer has the right to have the conformity restored, or to receive a proportional reduction in the price, or to terminate the contract, all to be exercised according to the methods and terms set out in article 135 bis, 135 ter and 135 quater of the consumer code. 

4.7. These Conditions can be consulted on the lesacoutlet.it website and can be saved using the relative browser command (usually, right click> Save as). 

4.8. All the order history can be consulted in the "order history" section. 

5. Indication of product prices 

5.1. The Customer is required to pay the price published on the product page at the time the Order is sent. The indicated price is final and inclusive of VAT. 

5.2. Product prices may be subject to updates. The Customer is required to ascertain the final sale price before submitting the relative Order form. 

5.3. LE SAC, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relative tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged. 5.4. If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site should be lower than the correct selling price of a product, LE SAC will contact the Customer to check whether he still wishes to purchase the product at the correct price. In the event that the Customer expresses his/her will not to proceed with the purchase, the Order will be canceled, and any payments will be refunded. 

6. Shipping and delivery of products 

6.1. To find out the costs, times and specific methods of shipping and delivering the products, please access the "Shipping" section which can be consulted on the lesacoutlet.it website. 7. Privacy 

7.1. Personal data acquired through this website will be processed based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 no. 196 and of the GDPR n. 2016/679.

8. Terms and conditions Le SAC gift card 

8.1. LE SAC Gift cards can have a value of €25, €50, €75, €100 and €150 

8.2. LE SAC Gift cards can only be used online on the lesacoutlet.it website. 

8.3. The LE SAC Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry of the validity period, the LE SAC Gift card can no longer be used for purchases and the related credit cannot be refunded. 

8.4. It is not possible to purchase one or more Gift cards and pay for them using another Gift card. Gift cards are never refundable or replaceable in case of theft or loss. 

8.5. If the Customer needs clarification regarding the Gift cards, he can contact LE SAC at customer service. 

8.6. In the event that the Gift card does not completely cover the order amount, the Customer can complete the payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Poste Pay, Amazon Pay or Paypal. It is not possible to complete the order with deferred forms of payment (bank transfer, cash on delivery). 

9. Payment 

9.1. LE SAC accepts various payment methods including, for example, by Credit Card, Debit Card, Poste Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal or Scalapay. It is not possible to complete the order with deferred forms of payment (bank transfer, cash on delivery). 

9.2. The Customer agrees to receive invoices and credits exclusively in electronic format. 

9.3. If the Customer buys with Scalapay, he receives the order immediately and pays in 3 installments. The Customer acknowledges that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that the Customer authorizes this transfer. 

10. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
