Le SAC ships orders in Italy to home or business addresses using the BARTOLINI couriers.

Goods sold on Le SAC are generally available for immediate shipment, in some cases up to 2 working days are required to source the goods, which are added to the delivery times indicated below.

Le Sac reminds you that the delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors which are beyond the control of our company (e.g. strikes, demonstrations, festivities, etc.).

For deliveries with payment by  cash on delivery an additional charge of €5 applies to cover the extra costs.

Delivery to smaller islands may take up to 2/3 working days more.   
Le SAC does not deliver to: Campione d’Italia - Livigno.

Delivery methods

Please bear in mind the following information when placing your order:      
- When placing your order you are requested to indicate a preferred delivery time, either in the morning or afternoon; it is not possible to ensure deliveries by appointment;    
- Deliveries are made exclusively to the ground floor;          
- The courier will attempt to deliver the goods twice; if the recipient is not available, no further attempts to re-deliver are assured; the courier will hold the parcel at its premises, where it will be possible to collect the goods within 2 working days (in this case you will be contacted by our customer service and authorised to collect the goods at the courier's office); after such time the goods will be returned to the sender (Le SAC) and the customer will be charged the full shipping costs.      
- The invoice can be downloaded in PDF format from the Orders History section, from the day the order is dispatched.     
- If you choose to collect your purchases from one of our sales points, you must wait for confirmation by e-mail that the order is ready for collection.

What to do on receipt of the goods

When you receive the goods, you must check the following:
1. That the package is intact, undamaged, not wet and sealed EXCLUSIVELY with the customised Le SAC adhesive tape;
2. That the number of packages indicated on the delivery note corresponds to the effective number of packages delivered;       
3. In the event of payment by cash on delivery, the amount paid must be that indicated in our order confirmation. The courier will not give change.       

If the packages received do not correspond to what stated in points 1 and 2 above, you may in any case accept the delivery but you MUST sign the courier's receipt WITH RESERVE, by writing "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" and specifying the reason; thereafter you must check the goods, and if there are any problems or discrepancies compared to the order, or if the products are damaged, you must report this within 10 days of receiving the goods, to our CUSTOMER SERVICE by sending an e-mail to       

In the case of point 3, you must refuse the delivery and within 1 working day must contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE.
